What areas do you currently service for dog walking and drop ins?
Right now, Warwick conducts his walks in the area south of Touhy, east of Caldwell, north of Devon and west of Cicero. Until we can add another dog walker, we are trying to keep our clients in the Edgebrook and Wildwood areas.
Are you currently accepting new clients?
Warwick is the only dog walker, which is why are are rarely able to take on new walking clients, but feel free to contact us with your location, information about your pup, and what time slot you would like, and maybe we can help you out! We are able to take on new dogs for boarding if they are compatible with other dogs, but at this time, most major holidays are booked by our repeat customers. Please inquire with as much advance notice as you can!
How many walks per week are required? Do you walk on weekends? Can I cancel if necessary?
We prefer a minimum of 3 walks during the workweek (Monday - Friday). If you are a regular client, and you need someone to help you out on a weekend in an emergency, we'll do our best to accomodate you. We ask that you cancel as much in advance as possible so that we can schedule accordingly.
When is payment due and what forms of payment are accepted?
We ask that you pay by Friday for weekday walks, and upon return of you vacation for pet sitting, boarding or drop in visits. You can pay with cash or checks. We can also accept payment via Venmo and Zelle.
Have you been background checked and are you able to provide references?
Mary was thoroughly vetted to become a Rover walker. You can find her reviews and recommendations from many of her clients at www.rover.com/sit/maryt27604. Warwick was also background checked to become a Wag Walker. We have a long list of neighbors here in Edgebrook who can attest to our professionalism, reliability, and care of their pets.
You mentioned an additional fee for certain holidays. Which holidays does that include, and how much extra will I be required to pay?
We charge an extra 30% on the following holidays:
